Evionics Privacy Policy

Effective: September 4, 2026 · Mile 24

Evionics is a flight-simulation and training app from Mile 24. This policy describes what we collect when you use an alpha build that requires a Mile 24 account, and how we use it.

Account information

When authentication is enabled, you create an account with an email address and password (Amazon Cognito). We use that account to sign you in, reset passwords, and sync a curated set of pilot preferences (display skin, V-speeds, transponder preferences, engine-monitor advisory limits, and similar settings) across your devices.

Optional profile & leaderboard

If you set a display name or participate in the in-app leaderboard, that display name and self-reported flight/training stats may be visible to other signed-in pilots. Leaderboard entries are practice-tier and unverified.

What we do not collect by default

Optional device features you turn on (Device GPS, Backup AHRS, Local Network discovery) use platform permission prompts and stay on-device / on your LAN except as needed to talk to your own simulator or ADS-B receiver.

Account deletion

You can delete your account from the Account tab. That removes your Cognito user; synced cloud profile data associated with that account is no longer accessible via the app. Contact us if you need help confirming deletion.
