Evionics Terms of Use
By using Evionics (including invite-only alpha builds), you agree to these terms with Mile 24.
Simulation & training only
Evionics is for flight simulation and instruction. It is not certified avionics, not a substitute for real aircraft equipment, and not an official FAA currency or grading tool. Do not use it to make real-world flight decisions.
Alpha software
Public alpha builds may be incomplete, change without notice, or contain bugs. Features labeled early, demo, or unverified against live X-Plane may behave differently than production hardware or the sim.
Accounts
When sign-in is required, you must provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or other pilots.
Intellectual property & trademarks
Evionics and Mile 24 branding are ours. Garmin, Dynon, Aspen, JPI, Trig, X-Plane, and related marks belong to their owners. Evionics is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by those companies. Panel recreations are for simulation and instruction.

The software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mile 24 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of Evionics.
